The 9th edition of PÖFF Shorts runs from November 11-19 in Tallinn and Tartu within the Black Nights Film Festival that opens with a ceremony on November 7.

- PÖFF Shorts will screen a total of six competitions, the screenings begin on November 11.
- The winners, with the exception of the Rebels With Their Shorts competition and the EFA nomination, will be announced at the annual self-proclaimed "Shortest Award Ceremony in the World" on November 15.
- The Alternatives, DOC@Shorts, Panorama and other side programme screenings continue until November 19.
- The EFA nomination and Rebels With Their Shorts winner will be announced at the Black Nights Film Festival Closing Ceremony.
